Seamlessly serving two disparate audiences
TERN’s goal was to reach out to recruiters in the EU and UK, as well as talent in India. They were looking for a partner to create a website that would speak to these audiences equally while understanding the nuances in communication, design, and tech that appeal to each. At the same time, they needed to account for expansion into other regions and sectors. And the kicker — this needed to be done in a timeline of less than a month.

We crafted a contemporary visual identity for TERN that would appeal to their EU audience of recruiters and organizations, and their Indian audience of medical and IT talent. We built a sustainable visual framework that integrated modern visuals with timeliness aesthetics for a strong brand presence.
Tailored web design and development
We built a versatile and scalable Webflow website with custom illustrations and UI scenes, and 50 UI components that convey TERN’s vision, value, and impact. Our approach empowered TERN’s marketing team to expand seamlessly into markets and offerings while strengthening their brand identity.
