Seamlessly serving two disparate audiences

TERN’s goal was to reach out to recruiters in the EU and UK, as well as talent in India. They were looking for a partner to create a website that would speak to these audiences equally while understanding the nuances in communication, design, and tech that appeal to each. At the same time, they needed to account for expansion into other regions and sectors. And the kicker — this needed to be done in a timeline of less than a month.
